Loose Cut Circumcision vs. Uncircumcised

Hey there. I'm 13 (almost 14) years old and until recently, I've considered myself to be uncircumcised. But now, after doing research, I believe there is a possibility that I could have a loose cut circumcision. I'm a Southerner (American) and a Christian, as which you may already know, most Southerners (Americans) and Christians are circumcised. My "foreskin" doesn't always cover the head of my penis. It usually covers about half of the head or sometimes even less. However, on occasion, my "foreskin" can cover the entire head of my penis but there is an opening, in which you can see my urethra. I can easily retract the "foreskin" and can also pull it a distance over the head of my penis. I also have somewhat of a visible "scar" as if I was circumcised. I would like to determine whether or not I have a loose cut circumcision or am uncircumcised. I would like to do so without involving my parents (asking them myself). You're lucky if you're loose cut! Means you have a lot more than other circumcised guys. You have some sexual sensation in your foreskin (whereas other guys who had the whole thing cut off don't) and it covers a good amount of the glans keeping it sensitive instead of dried out and toughened!

From what you say I do not think you are circumsised - you may think its a scar but I doubt it - and where or why is this idea of a loose cut circ from.

I've met guys who are looser cut than usual. My nephew is loose cut and the doctor wanted to recircumcise him, needless to say, the doctor got an earful from my mother and my sister in law. Hopefully my nephew will have retained some use of his so he can be happy, and if he wants to restore, he'll have a massive lead on other guys.

prob have to ask your parents if you we're circumcised at birth I no you may not want to but it's the fastest way to find out or your doctor . An a loose cut is good your lucky . depending on the doctor who may have circumcised you the amount of foreskin may vary .

i have a loose circumcision. my father confirmed i was circumcised at birth but i still have some foreskin left. when i was little my foreskin covered most of my penis head. when i started puberty and my penis began to grow the foreskin retracted so now that when my penis is soft it bunches up under the glans. i can still pull the skin over the head of my penis even with an erection.

Well I'm circumcised but it's pretty loose. I knew growing up that I was circumcised, but I always was able to use the extra skin to masturbate without using lube or anything, but I didn't really think anything of it until someone had commented on it. But yeah, I guess it's a fairly normal thing.
