You don't have to keep going with the same story. If one is getting boring, then start your own!

Joe: PAIN!! Here would be a perfect place to start your own story.

Joe is hallucinating the incident when the nurse walks in to check the vitals

joe flatlined an was unconscious to see its all a dream now

There once was a man named Michael Finnegan.

which is a lie, that is what joe wished his name was. after flatlining his heart flew out of his chest. he started breathing again and just looked around somehow still alive, the nurse just staring at Joe as he turns his head to look at her , the nurse faints. and joe climbs out of bed and after having been bleeding for about 15 minutes, checks himself out making sure not to let anyone see that he has a gaping hole in his chest.

He then picks up a scalpel and proceeds through the hospital slicing the throat of any who cross his path. Joe had never felt so good in his life, he especially enjoyed how his victims choked on their own blood as they fell to the floor. As he exited the hospital he realized he was surrounded by police armed with all sorts of weapons. Joe chuckled to himself, "too easy" he muttered...
