iTunes Music Store

Hey guys, if i decided to download like 3 albums off the music store, does it add the music to the library only? Or does it save the audio files to an actual directory - so that i could transfer the music to other computers in the future?

I think there's some sort of protection on the music, not too sure tho.

Dude its iTunes theres so many strings attached its insane
you can transfer it to another computer aslong as that comp has itunes cause it wont play on anything else and you can only transfer it to a maximum of 4 other comps cause only 5 are allowed intotal
if they dont have that authorization then they cant play the files
and you can only reset that 5 ONCE every YEAR
