I have a hairy penis and my scrotum hangs down when warm and I can ejactulate a bit but as for everything else e.g. Leg hair and proportions nothing has happened yet
Why is this. When will I start to mature?

The reason why your tanner stage isn't higher is probably because you're a late bloomer.
Everyone develops at different rates, we all finish pubery eventually though, pubery is not a race.

And actually, you're at the stage where most of your growing and physical development occurs, so be happy about that :)

Like I said though, everyone is different and go through puberty at their own pace.
Even though you're behind some guys as far as development, don't worry, you'll catch up :)
Just be patient, pubery is not a race.

I'm 14 almost 15 am 4.4 on the tanner I have hair every where except my arm pits, chest and stomach. I'd say ur normal. Remember everyone developes differantly and at differant ages.
