Hi. Haven't been on for a while, I was just wondering if there is any food which would be good to eat to further help/advance puberty. For instance, pineapple is known to make semen taste sweeter, but can it do anything else? Basically, what food should I eat (and why) to grow even bigger. I believe I'm in the final parts of the Tanner Stage.

I would say foods that contain large amounts of Calcium Iron and Protien would all be good foods to help puberty. So foods like cheese, milk, chicken, fish, beef, beans, red meat and the list goes on. Hope this helped in some way.

Ok my tip is eat almonds - they are full of minerals and proteins.

Try researching food combining - like have orange juice with a meat dish

as vitemin C helps tthe body absorb iron -

I agree a good diet will help but, its your genes that determine how quickly you develope.

There are no magic foods which will speed up the process of puberty.
Of course, it's always good to have a balanced, healthy diet to stay healthy in general.
During teen development, though, calcium and Vitamin D are vital, so make sure you're getting enough of it.
