Is it wrong to enjoy sex without being in a serious relationship? I get tired of all the games they play when they should be honest and not act like they want a relationship. If they want sex for now just say it. I like it too. Some times it is ok to just have fun.

Well, if you're single, then I don't see a problem with it.
Just be sure whoever you're doing it with uses protection and doesn't have any STD's .

Here's where I think it's wrong:
You're in a committed monogamous relationship.
You're aware the other party is in a committed monogamous relationship.
You know the other party's significant other in an open relationship disproves of you two being together in any form.
The other party involved has feelings for you. Don't dangle meat in front of a hungry dog.

Where it's ok:
You're single, they're single or honest about an open relationship, there's no significant other attached to you two that will be hurt/devastated, or you're being sensible about it.

But that's just my moralities for me to personally call a judgment from.

Just please make sure that both parties are on the same page. I got quite hurt when I realized a girl only wanted me to help herself. Make it clear and make it blunt.

Its okay as long as both parties are okay with just casual sex and are not looking for a relationship out of it. I personally think these kind of relationship work well but one party always seems to get attached to the other party after so long.

But as long as both parties are on the same page then yes, casual sex is okay I guess. Best to be upfront with the person you intend to commit said casual sex act with though. Don't lead them into thinking they will be in a committed relationship with said person.

Use protection, do it with single girls or in ones in an open relationship, explain that the physical part is all you want and need. Do this if you are single.
