Alright PLEASE READ THE DETAILS!
So about 1 year ago my screen cracked. But still worked normally. About 3 months ago, my iPad stopped working in certain regions (out of the blue). So when it was time to update to the new iOS6, I did so. When it came time to login after the update was finished. It wouldn't work. Why? Because as I said early, certain regions wouldn't work, and coincidentally, the region that wasn't working was the "Swipe to Login" area (before the update, I would just turn the iPad around so that it would go to a different region, I always kept the "Lock Screen" button off). So soon were going to go get the screen fixed, in the hopes of the iPad screen working again. So my questions are, if the professional does not have the password, would there be any way for him to login through hooking my iPad up to a professional computer, like the one they might have at a technology store? Also, after you update an iPad, do you still have to put in the Passcode to access its content? I have some pretty graphic porn on my iPad. So that's why I'm kinda worried. My iPad works, and will turn on, its just that certain areas of the screen will not work (both because it's cracked, but because the sensitivity or whatever isn't working right). So if I turn on my iPad right now, it still says "iOS6".
Overall questions:
1. Can the guy fix my iPad without needing my password?
2. Is there a way they can access inside my iPad if they do not have the password? (like through a professional computer or whatever)
3. When you update your iPad for the new iOS, do they still require your password to login?
I forgot, cause it was a while since I updated my iPad 2.
