Well did you like it? I personally didn't like for many reasons.
* Pausible Spoilers *

1. Retarded cops- they send all the cops into an obvious trap, and what's worst about is when they come out, they show no sign of aging like growing a beard

2. Batman's amazing journey- he goes out of the jail somewhere in china or Africa with no money, friends, passports and manages to get back and paint his symbol on the bridge

3. Jail again: batman sits and whines in jail for months and all it takes is a judo-chop to the back and he is all fixed, also the bomb will go off in 5 months, the amount of time it will take for a back to heal

4.the wiperouter chip thing- a chip that whips out every single record of a person really?

Batman just complains the whole movie and I know some people loved it so please give me your opinion on it

ok well its obviously a movie so i think your analyzing it too much, and its completely fiction anyways i mean everything batman owns is beyond possible for the times we live in. THE movie was outstanding but i hated Banes voice that was really the only thing i didnt like. the ending was just awesome

Yeah I had a small issue with this too. Must've had some razors and shaving cream with those supplies. They did good with all the other little details but missed that one. :P

Bane's voice was off, it just didn't seem as imposing as it should've been. and yh totally agree with u, the ending was spot on.

Seriously. A man dressed as a bat clearly has issues. :P

I really liked the movie! Sure there is always some issues but overall it was pretty damn good and a nice wrap up to the triology. Loved Catwoman! Just so well done.

Movie's aren't made to be perfect. There are always going to be holes and imperfections here and there. Maybe try not to be so critical. :)

I liked it. I'm not a big fan of the Batman franchise, but it was okay.

Just wait until everyone finds out he's Catholic.

Also, I dress up as a cat in my very private spare time. Batman has no issues.

I refused to watch it. After seeing The Dark Knight and hearing how Batman's voice is masked, I hated it! I mean I understand that he has to disguise his voice and all but does he have to sound like he is choking on his own spit?!?!

It wasn't as good as the Dark Knight, but otherwise I loved it. IMO it was still easily the best super hero movie out there minus the original Dark Knight.
I liked it better than Avengers, Iron Man, Captian America, Thor, any of the X-Men, Spiderman. That's just my 2 cents.

Yeah I had a problem with how Bane's voice was mixed. Watching the IMAX trailer, you can clearly hear very big differences. I think the mix was changed because Nolan thought Bane's lower ends sounded too deep and muddy. Still, it was a great performance otherwise. Hopefully it's fixed in the possible 7.1 audio mix for Blu-Ray.

I tend to be a movie snob, so I thought it was ok, probably good, but not nearly as good as the Dark Knight. Heath Ledger (RIP) did so well.

Those are the biggest complaints I have too! Along with Gotham changes from a Chicago looking city in the first two to NYC. It really annoyed me. I didn't mind Banes voice.

I did not like the movie at all. I've never liked the batman series but this one was the worst. Tell me how Batman is in some country across the world in a prison underground and somehow manages to get back to the U.S the next day? and the fact that he just somehow woke up there one morning. And the end... since when could batman teleport?

I haven't seen any of the Batman films. Its something I do intend to watch though. It sounds like a good movie. Is their any movies I should watch prior to "The Dark Knight Rises"? I mean I don't wanna watch the really old Batman films.

I liked the movie but not as a comic book movie
It had nothing to offer to fans other than the comic
Style way bane breaks his back and talia being in the film.
Through the whole franchise they pronounced ra' s al ghuls
name wrong.

For this, you need to watch Batman Begins and The Dark Knight before watching Dark Knight Rises. It's a trilogy, so yeah, from the beginning.

I loved The Dark Knight, it is one of my favourite movies ever, but The Dark Knight Rises just didn't hold as a good ending to the trilogy. It was messy and Bane just didn't captivate me the way Heath Ledger's Joker did. It was a quality movie but just didn't live up to the hype that The Dark Knight set for it.

to be honest i don't even remember most of it. i did think the healed back wasn't very realistic. I thought Bane broke it? and then that guy in the prison just fixed it? idk

The film has many amazing connections and references to the other two movies in the franchise.

For example, when one of Bane's first appearances was when the douche who hired him was complaining about how his plan wasn't working and all that. Bane clearly proclaims his presence by saying "Speak of the devil, and he shall appear". If you watched all three movies in Nolan's franchise, you might recall that on the first movie(Batman Begins), when Bruce Wayne was training, an asshole planned on beating him up, and right before doing that, he says "I am the devil". Bruce Wayne immediately rebuts this by saying "you're not the devil - you're practice". He then proceeds to beat the shit out of the guy. So therefore, Bane was Bruce Wayne's true "devil".

Another aspect of the film I noted was many people complaining about how Bane's death was so "sudden" and it "didn't give him justice as the amazing villain he was". Well, I would like to point out that on the first film in the franchise(that would be Batman Begins), Ra's Al Ghul said "death does not wait for you to be ready. Death is not considerate nor fair". This attributes to Bane's death. He was a villain, he deserved a justifiable death. Unfortunately, death thinks otherwise.

Also, yes, Bruce Wayne getting out of that damn prison. The prison could've been closer than you thought.

Also, Batman(he is Bruce Wayne no longer) could've ordered one of the people he met to, you know, paint the symbol.

The ending was stunning. Christopher Nolan deliberately filmed it to leave open questions, for us to answer. Like Inception, he allowed us to rely on whichever way would suit us the finest. Batman could've used the Auto-Pilot on the Bat, or he could've really driven and sacrificed himself. And then there's Robin.

The ending monologue. It was simply brilliant.

"I see that I hold an open sanctuary in their hearts and in the hearts of their descendents generations hence. It is a far, far better thing that I do than I have ever done.It is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known."

And then there's the legendary conversation.

"No one's ever gonna know who saved an entire city."

"They know.

It was the Batman."

I thought it was great. The tension was perfectly built up and it was exciting. The only other one I've seen is the dark knight, and I found that good but a tad boring.

oh wait there is one thing about the movie that pissed me off a lot. Joseph Gordon Levitt never took his shirt off

Personally I think it was the worst of all three. I thought the plot was very predictable and personally i thought it should have had a darker ending because the happy ending undermined the whole feel of the trilogy, Christopher Nolan conforming to Hollywood perhaps? Also i know that Bane is meant to wear the mask but it wastes Tom Hardy's acting ability in my opinion.

However its not a bad film i just think that it could have been made a lot better in my opinion.
