blotchy, HELP!!!

near my genitals, on the inside of my legs ary a bunch of red bumbs. they constantly itch. could the be genital warts or something. I really need help!!!

Unless you have engaged in sexual intercourse, they're probably not genital warts. Although they could be. For an official conclusion you'd have to see a doctor, as you can't post a picture, so we can't know for sure what they are. They might just be zits or something like that, thats what happens when you don't wash down there enough. Again, we can't tell you anything for sure, if you want a really good opinion, go to a doctor.

Do you shave your genital area? Because the bumps you're describing could be ingrown hairs.
If not, and you have been sexually active, I suggest going to a doctor just to be sure.

Oh yeah, I forgot about ingrown hairs, that is definitely a possibility, if you are not sexually active in fact, its probably the answer, although, again, if you want to be sure I suggest going to a doctor.
