I'm constructing my resume right now, and I am wondering what I can put on it for "extra credentials", I have my drivers licence, a bunch of oil safety coarses, first aid, cpr, AED, gun safety and firearms licence. What should I put on the resume? I'm mainly concerned about a gun licence and safety training weather or not that would be a good thing on my resume

No. Unless it's for a security position, keep anything like that as far away from your resume as possible. Unless it's for a position that requires driving, don't mention your license. Keep it relevant.

^ Yep, relevance. Consider the job you're applying for. If I go for another retail job in the future, Starbucks is definitely on my resume, but the office job I had while I was still in school won't be on there.
Same goes with the extra stuff. When you're younger, you have less to put on your resume so pretty much anything you can muster up is good. You're looking at club memberships, gifted classes, honors and awards. I put all my excellence in maths awards and such when I was a kid, academic bowl, etc. Once you've got the job experience to compensate, you can delete all that and just keep your Special Skills section and it'll be something like "good with quick mental math, 70 wpm." Gun licence and safety? Not even worth mentioning. As you're applying for a job, commuting is a given. Sometimes they'll ask you that in the interview as a teen, if you have dependable transportation. But it doesn't go on your resume.
First Aid and CPR classes are another matter; I'd probably mention them, but I'd be more inclined to with certain jobs than others.

have you tried googling this? I know there are tons of sites that will help you put one together.
But to summarize, usually a sentence about your mission (suited to the job you're applying too)
Work Experience
Education
Skills and Experience
Interests/Hobbies
Always 1 page and never 2.

On interests/hobbies, be careful not to ramble and only to list relevant things

I think you have to do a resume for each job you apply for.
Have all your details and the basics ready - then try and highlight individual skills
and things for each job - try and look at the advert or application pack.
Leave something to talk about or mention at the interview in a way that is relevant to the job.
Check everything - have someone double check it spelling layout clarity.

Personalize the resumes. People can see through copy-paste jobs. Try to stand out as much as possible and use the right keywords
