since I was a little girl I have wanted to be pregnant. now that I'm going through puberty the desire has gotten a lot stronger. Am I the only one or are there others like me?

I don't think it's weird. If women didn't want to get pregnant, bye-bye human race. Most women want to get pregnant, some earlier than others, some at 18, some at 38, you just want it a lot sooner. You've been brought up to believe that you're going to be pregnant, and a Mother one day, and you could have just adopted the idea early.

At 16 though, I wouldn't recommend getting yourself pregnant because it's not a walk in the park, the aftermath definitely isn't either. Don't do anything stupid. Stay safe.

You're a girl, you will get pregnant someday, but as the other girl says, you are too young, i've known friends that have a baby and their alone, their babys father was just taking advantage of her desire. Be careful,

I think all girls have motherly instincts, but you better wait so you don't screw up your life or the life of the baby. I babysit a lot and they're no joke. It takes 100% of your attention, ALL of the time.

I have a really strong maternal instinct, so I pretty much feel the same way. I don't want to get pregnant now, of course, but I'd love to when the time is right.

It's supposed to be pretty normal, though I've never personally experienced it. Don't worry though, it's nor weird at all! Just try and wait before you get pregnant :) Economic issues aside, there's a huge stigma attached to teenage motherhood and you would have to live with that for the rest of your life.

oh trust me I completely understand it's a huge responsibility having a child. i has more to do with a desire to be a mother than anything, but i also find pregnant woman to be the most beautiful woman around.

Yes pregnant women look wonderful, they look like a living miracle BUT, if you are married to some one who will take good care of you, some one who's going to be responsible. Be careful beautiful lady, don't do something that you will regret.
