Completely inappropriate for someone his age to jack off with someone so much younger. Even if you guys are really close and comfortable around each other, it's still just not right (or smart for someone his age). I don't normally make too much of a big deal about age differences, and 2 or 3 years older/younger is fine, sometimes even 6 or 7 year. But 14 years is one hell of an age difference, and you guys are at two completely different times in your lives. You're only 13, so it's completely understandable that you're curious and your hormones are raging, and it's completely fine to be curious and experiment with other guys, just not someone who is 27. At his age he's really got no excuse. His hormones are balanced out by now and he should have enough common sense and self control to know that 13 is just too young to experiment with.

I don't say any of this to make you feel bad or anything, and you shouldn't. Everyone does something dumb every now and then. Just learn from it, okay?
