Ok so last night I had a dream where I was making out with a guy ( as far as I can remember it was Ashton Kutcher, or someone that looked alot like him. I never actually think about this stuff directly. I was watching the 70s show beforfe hamd though. It was the best thing ever, and I mean THE BEST thing ever. Why can solmething from a dream seem like something so good in reality? Anyone had a similar experience

Dreams are often the complete extremes of your feelings, extremely good or extremely bad. Considering as you cause your own dreams it is unlikely not to experience a sexual fantasy, it is usually with someone you are attracted to during the daytime because they remain in your subconscious. Unfortunately, they're just dreams!

Good answer there

I can only add a bit - a lot due to hormones as well as its during sleep we produce all the hormones and the feel good is there.

I have a few nice dreams then a few bad ones

There is a lot of reasons for why dreams happen like your strongest desires, the last thing you saw or thought before sleeping or as backflipboy said your feelings. I would say after watching the 70s show you had Ashton Kutcher on your mind. I'm not sure of your sexual orientation (I would assume gay, bi, or straight curious) but you have feelings for males in someway so your subconscious mind put the two together and made your dream.

Just because you dreamt about being with a man does NOT mean that you are 'gay, bi, or straight curious'. You are yourself, hormones make you think some weird shit so don't start labelling yourself yet.

True I forgot the hormones part, thanks for correcting me.

They say dreams hold the keys to our deepest desires. So this could mean something or it could mean nothing.

The reason why it felt like "best thing ever" was because it was something you enjoyed. It was an experience and because you remember it clearly-ish, you can recall it.
