Well probably 3/4 out of 7 nights a week when i try to sleep i get a really uncomfortable and slightly painful feeling in my ankle area and also on my left lower arm, And it gets to the point were i cannot sleep.
Like right now i am so so tired so sorry for any huge mistakes and it is 5:50, But these pains feel worse than ever and i cannot sleep :/ But i only ever get them when i am going to sleep, So is it my body just wanting to be on the move or do i need to apply pressure to that area or i just have no idea ha ha.

Ive had that before and never had a diagnosis done but my guess is you may have overworked that part of your body somehow or you may or could have fluid retention in your ankles. Are they swollen at all?
Perhaps you should consult with your doctor about this

Maybe try flexing your feet - before before bed

This seems pretty odd. I get something similar and have been told that it's something psychosomatic: something in your subconscious doesn't want to sleep, but your conscious mind needs something to hold onto, in order to "explain" the sleeplessness, so it invents this pain. I may well be wrong though. I take it painkillers don't work?
