View Full Version : Penis hurts after urinating?

So I'm kinda worried something could be wrong with me, because a few days ago I used the bathroom (urinated) right before I left for school, and as I was driving into school I noticed that my penis burned and stung and was really uncomfortable. It progressively seemed to feel worse and when I finally got to school, I tried to urinate again and it hurt like fucking hell and came out really dark yellow, almost orange and smelled terrible (worse than usual). After I urinated, my penis stung only slightly and in a different way for about an hour before it just went away.
If it helps, I'm not sexually active at all.
Is something wrong with me?
Also, I'm not sure if this thread belongs in this forum catagory, so I'll trust a mod to move it if nescessary.

This sounds like a UTI ( urinary tract infection ).
I'm not too sure, but i've heard that usually this happens when bacteria gets in your urethra ( pee hole ), and it causes a burning feeling when you piss, and even some pain and discomfort during and after the piss ( I know all of this from experience ).

Usually though, UTI's aren't very serious, but if you continue to have these problems with urinating after a few days, then see a doctor.

I don't think it's anything serious though, it should pass in a day or two :)

You don't mention if you are sexually active..The guy above may be right, but if you have had any sexual contact with another person, go to a doc right away...or is the burning continues...

I think I'm going to have to agree with bocefus98 on this one it seems like the most logical solution. I would see a doctor if the pain persist for about 5 days.
