View Full Version : Circumcision procedure

This is for mainly people from Canada, specifically from the province of Ontario.
Anyway, I want to get a circumcision mainly for two reasons: 1) I don't like it, I find it be unattractive (no offence to anyone), and 2) when I masturbate it bruises (the foreskin that covers the head), even if it has lube or something on it. After a minute or so it starts to get inflamed and (this is embarrassing :whoops:), it balloons twice it's size because it's bruised. If I try to pull it back, I can't, it's too tight and hurts so bad I almost cry.
I haven't told my parents yet because I am pretty embarrassed.
I also would like to know if this is covered by OHIP or any other Ontario healthcare insurance plan.
Thank you.

You should tell your parents because you don't wanna wait till your 18 to do it without them if it bothers you that much
FYI my dick once ballooned when i applied soap like 10 times as much as i usually do showering lol but didnt hurt

You just need to go to a doctor and see what he says....

I dont know about healthcare plans
But I do know - you should really consult a doctor - bruising for one and pain the other is not usual - so you say you dont know how to tell your parents - maybe like "Hey Dad ive got a pain -
but I guess you are worried so do something

Do what you want to do; don't worry what your parents will say. I can understand where a subject like that might be hard to talk to them about. Maybe talk to your doctor without your parents around or even call him. See what he says about the procedure and then maybe he can tell your parents. Eventually you will have to talk to your parents unless you wait until you are 18. Good Luck!!

You should see a doctor and seek their advice. Pretty sure that in Ontario, the procedure is not covered by OHIP, but I could be wrong. In Canada, doctors came to the intelligent conclusion that circumcision is not (in the vast majority of cases) medically necessary. I know that parents of newborn boys have to pay out of their pocket. If your doctor (you're not a doctor are you?) says you need to be circumcised, then maybe that's different, not sure. You're 18, so you don't have to tell your parents, I guess. I can understand that part.
Anyway, best of luck!

I would research the anatomy and functions of the foreskin to know what you're gonna get cut off. There are several important things in that that make sex enjoyable for you and for your sexual partners.
Also it sounds like your foreskin is a bit slow to adjust to your penis size, this can sometimes happen. I suggest reading this and doing what this man did, he fixed his tight foreskin problems without getting cut:

I was not circumcised when I was born but I knew I wanted to be as soon as I saw what my friends look like. I wanted so badly to ask my parents but never could get up the guts. Finally when I was 13 and was showering at school, I had had enough. One night after we finished eating I guess I was quiet and one of my parents asked if everything was OK. I took a chance and out with. "I want to get circumcised like my friends". After a short silence, dad asked if I had been thinking about this long. I said "YES". The next day they called the doctor and made an appointment. I was circumcised over my Christmas break. I love life without a foreskin.
