i just need to talk

um reacently, i have started cutting myself.. a lot. i just recently got fired, dumped, and im trying to quit smoking, both weed and cigarettes. i am an emotional wreck and i just need to talk to somebody.

Well, that's what we're all here for! VT and the people here are a community intended to help and support people our age! I'm sorry for what you've gone through lately, I know how hard all of that can be. One thing I would recommend is trying to talk to a counselor to try and help you through all of this, help you know where to go next, help you get back on your feet. That's one of the things they're trained to do, and they can help a lot. All of us are here for you too, and we always will be here to help and support you!
