Well, if you jerk off a lot, then that's why.

The more you jerk off, then the lower your sperm count will be, which causes your cum to be a clear or milky color, and runny.

If you just jerk off like once a day or less, then you will have thick white cum, because your sperm count would be higher.

It really al depends on your serm count. The more sperm, the thicker the color. And for actual consistancy i guess that is different for everyone. But really when everyone here is still going through puberty, it isnt a great refference cause it all depends on how developed that person is. It will change as you get older but if it doesnt you may be producing more of the ther substances that make up semen

The more sperm in the cum the thicker and whiter it will be so if you jack off 2-3 times a day your cum will be a milkier color and a runnier texture.

It isn't sperm count as such, it is the proportion of sperm to semen. If there is a higher proportion of semen than sperm, then your ejaculate will be less thick and more transparent. If you have a higher proportion of sperm than semen then your ejaculate would probably be more white and thick, seeing as semen is a fluid created to assist the sperm leaving the penis (basically a form of lubrication). To have thin ejaculate is just as common as thick ejaculate, so don't worry about it.

You need to take a few things into consideration.

1) How far they are into puberty

If you're just starting puberty then your sperm will be less developed/produced, if you are further into puberty then your sperm develops and reproduces at a faster rate.

2) How often you masturbate.

Everytime you masturbate you ejaculate, which then uses up some of your stores of sperm. If you jack off a lot over a short period of time then you will ejaculate less sperm each time. Usually waiting 2-3 sometimes 4 days (varies male by male) will your sperm be fully reproduced and at full strength.
