So I just got a Blackberry Torch, I was just playing around with it, well silly me was in the settings tab and accidentally made the phone wipe, aka completely restore itself, what should I do? I don't care about the numbers I just lost and all bc since its new I can just pop them back in

But what worries me is that something is going to happen to my phone coverage such as some diffrent data plan, or some crazy feee fine I don't know, I have ATT and it has a SIm card in it so anyone there knows that something I have to do now?

wiping the phone wont wipe your sim card so your plan should remain the same
but if your concerned contact your provider

You should be ok. Wiping the PHONE clean just resets the PHONE to a factory new condition. And should NOT AFFECT ANY INFO ON THE sim card. Any number/contaierct info you exported from the phone to the SIM should still b resident now on the SIM..
Your plan is dictated by the providers account profile and NOT the phone or the SIM. The SIM just identifies you (links) to your account profile.
Except for the pain in the ass of reloading your apps, or some phone #s, u should b fine.
Ask at your local prover, they may even b able to reload your apps for you.
Good luck.
