this man went through the same thing except his was actually diagnosed and he fixed it himself with stretching. It took time but it's possible, no surgery needed.

Well, I'm 14 years old, my penis is now more than 12 cm long, uncut, body hair, some facial hair and so. Until about 4 months ago, I could retract my foreskin with no problems. Now, I can't. I can retract it only partially when erect. I notice that I feel a bit uncomfortable if my foreskin is pulled back and my penis is erect. When it is flaccid, no problems (I'm really a grower, I'm less than 6 cm flaccid, but then it goes more than 13 erect). What happened? Should I start worrying? My dick has grown a lot lastly-I thought that my foreskin is growing slower than the rest of my penis. Any recommendations?


I can only suggest you see a doctor - nothing like proper medical advice and if there is a problem getting it fixed - or knowing the options.

I agree with the other posters - try stretching for a bit, but if that isn't working, go see a doctor sooner rather than later.
