I now have mixed reviews about the Beats by Dre Headphones, I read some reviews and it seemed split. Also, what are the tech aspects of the Beats by Dre Studio, Pro, and Executive headphones? Like the dB\mW and ohm? I'm tired of hearing the stupid argument of "Dont get them cause they're overpriced".

Not only are beats overpriced, they are awful sounding and incredibly dangerous. You could just get away with the small beats that you can wear around your neck, but the large ones are much worse.
1) People will want to take them from you with the lovely "b" symbol around your neck
2) The insane way it isolates sound means you'll be unaware of what's going on outside such as cars across a road or someone coming from behind you
and 3) They are known to cause hearing damage. (I know this is arguable for many headphones but the volume on beats are much louder.)

If I were you, I wouldn't buy them. But back to the question.

Considering all of these, if you would still like to waste your money, I'd go for the cheapest one here, studio I think. In fact, go for the most common one which is the smaller version. Even the in-ear headphones are better since they don't tangle. But anyway, out of these three, Studio. Remember there's always an equally good quality pair of Skullcandy's or Seinheiser headphones in your local supermarket for 1/4 of the price.

A pair of Bluetooth Earbuds. Not sure which brand, I guess whichever works best

Audio Technica ATM50's, they're just what I want because my earbuds just won't work anymore after the abuse I put them through by listening to skrillex really loud and because I make Dance/Electronic music on the computer and blew one of the little speakers :)

They're a bit on the expensive side but they are amazing! The Bose QuietComfort 15 headphones. I got them for cheap because my uncle works there and even if I had to pay the full price I would still be very happy with them!

My uncle ordered me beats so I'm not complaining... But I'd take any plain old earbuds that AREN'T skullcandy. I had two and they both broke on me.
