I am trying to lose weight/build muscle and i am having a lot of trouble with diet/healthy eating! were do i start? i always have something to eat.

Just my suggestion - hope you get other answers -

Ok to start with - weight loss - muscle build and healthy can all be a bit by bit thing.

Diet - what can you cut out - snacks - candy - chocs - fizzy drinks etc.
replace with fruit

meals - what can you - eat that is already there - and when.

Cut down carbs and fat =

easy exercise - like a jog - walk or swim but make it regular

You do not give any details or current diet or schedule so I kinda think I cannot really add any more -

try the 20 rep squat program it is proven to force the body to grow bigger and stronger.
If you get no results from ot then it's not the program it's you're not following it right.
