Okay, I'm just wondering if this is possibly a problem. I love to excercise, and I find when I'm working up a sweat, I feel happy, and satisfied. So about every day every few hours I'll just randomly start doing pushups, sit-ups, curls, and other stuff. And during school, I just want to go and start lifting. Do I have a problem?

Well, in my opinion (and that of many doctors,) it becomes a problem when it is detrimental to either your health or your career, or both. For instance, if you're cutting class to exercise or skimping on homework, you have a problem. If you keep running even with an injury, you definitely have a problem. But as long as exercise is a part of your life and not all of it, you should be fine.

No, you just love it and you're dedicated to it, nothing wrong with that :D

I actually used to be like that too, i've gotten kinda lazy though in the past year :P

I'm hoping to get back into working out again here soon, exercise is awesome :D
And no, there is nothing wrong, you just enjoy exercise, which is great.

I'm exactly the same, Im never happier than when I'm in the gym. I'm pretty sure most people feel happy when they are exercising, it's definitely addictive but not in a bad way. It sounds odd but I love the pain, I think it was Ronnie Coleman that said "pain means I'm growing, growing is what I want, therefore to me pain is pleasure" that's kind of how it is with me.

Yeah, with me, it's kind of like if I don't at least work up a sweat, I feel like I'm failing myself. And I know even though I'm pretty good at football and wrestling, there is going to be someone bigger and stronger than me, so as long as I keep going, I hopefully won't ever come to that point.

I now that exercise releases endorphins the feel good happy hormones

so that can be a part of it maybe.

Also the activity and doing what you enjoy is good to.

I do a work out at home and enjoy that -

Its only a problem if it really interferes wih life stuff otherwise its good to work out and keep strong and healthy.

I live in the countryside and there is nothing as good as a xcountry run and some push ups sit ups pull ups along the way.

I'm obsessed with my laptop and internet, it's something you obviously love to do and is good at, just like anyone else, everyone has what they do all the time. I don't think you got a problem.

You should be fine as long as it doesn't effect your school and personal life. It's actually a pretty good habit to have.

If you are only doing relatively small, body weight exercises, there is very little harm at all.

It's when it becomes a multiple hour a day thing, heavy weights, intense physical exercise is when it can become an issue.

You always want to give your body ample time to recover, obviously for your health and bodies sake, but also to help achieve maximum results.

I don't think so, i want to workout all the time too. It's great for getting rid of all the stress that builds up during the days. You shouldn't randomly do pushups etc. though, it's important to follow a valid workout plan.
