Well, this sounds really silly, but I was having a poo today, unlikely as I suffer from constant constipation. I noticed a thin White 'slug type' on the paper, it seemed to be moving slightly, I'm quite worried about this. Should I be scared? And what is it?

Uhm.. If it looked like a worm or something that resembles go see a doctor. This is a very serious thing. I'd go see a doctor ASAP.

It was like a White small thing. I don't know what exactly it was, was smaller than 0.2cm, but it was moving!

It is possible for people to get worms, like what dogs do. There are actually several different forms people can get, so I would see a doctor, or certainly tell a parent.

Was looking on the Internet. They call the 'threadworms' should I be scared?

No, just calm down, and go see a doctor, if you do that then everything will be fine :)

You need to stay very calm and contact a doctor. Tell your parents, if left untreated then it will become a serious problem. If you go to a doctor they'll most likely prescribe medication and it'll fix the problem.
But don't leave this along. It won't go away on its own.
