I am 14 at the minute and it seems like puberty has just paused, and I haven't noticed any changes in quite some time. What age would you say is the normal "peak" of puberty, when your body changes the most?

The peak for me was 13 years old, but I was an 'early bloomer' so to speak. I have blown through puberty as if I was getting paid a million dollars to finish puberty before anyone else at my school.
However, everyone is different. Usually your voice is the last to change, and your pubic hair is the first. You can gauge how far along you are by that.
I'm not 100% up to date on the posting links rule on VT, so I'll say this. Go on Google and just search stages of puberty. It should come up with something that should help you. Remember, everyone is different and there is no "normal" for puberty.

Everyone's peak is completely different and sometimes people won't even notice or really have a peak. I guess it depends. I mean sometimes change might happen fast or slow. So really for me I am not sure. I don't really track of what puberty has done for me.
