Ok so I thought puberty ended for boys around like 16-19 is this true? and if so, is there like a final phase of being emotional all the time or something like that. It feels like all the changes of puberty are done with me (im 16) but im just always so emotional and idk if its more puberty or what. Any thoughts?

Puberty isn't over until the early 20s. You've still got a bit more to go through.

Puberty doesn't really end in the later teens, it just kinda slows down and the changes become a bit less noticeable. You may be near finished with the physical aspect of puberty, however recent neurological studies have shown that the brain doesn't stop developing until 25. Puberty tends to end between 19 and 21, so it's nearly certain you are still developing, and mood swings/extreme emotions are very common during puberty, although they occur less frequently as you get older. This would explain what you are experiencing now. Pretty expected.

Puberty can end very late, I have heard of 25 year olds finishing.

Unbalanced emotions are a sign of the ending of puberty, however sixteen is rather young. The majority of people will finish puberty 19-21, give or take a year.

I don't think puberty has ended for you. Maybe you have mostly completed for puberty but it never really ends until your late teens or for some people, early twenties.

As for being emotional constantly this could you own personality, I mean you get people who are naturally very emotional, have you been through any heavily emotional experiences lately? Or your body's hormones are still changing and this is making you very emotional.

So to give a summary; This could be you, yourself, or it could be your hormones hard to say.
