alright so i have this friend and she wont listen to anyone..... she wont stop cutting. what can i do to help her?

Just tell her you are there for her. Loneliness and feeling like no one really cares are usually the emotions behind it.

Let me say this first. It's not something that is very easy to do. It's not like you can one day just say "Oh, I don't think I'll cut anymore" and that's that. It's an addiction, and just like any addiction it is very difficult to stop. The best thing you can do for her is to be there for her, talk to her, support her, make sure she knows that you care about her. Don't ask her about her self harm like every day either, but checking up on her once in a while wouldn't be bad. Just make sure that you're there when she needs you, and you support her regardless of what happens. And don't be condemning or anything if she slips up or relapses or anything, but continue to be supportive through it all.
