I am new to this forum and I've got a really important question to ask... Look

Technically, (I think) if you are 18 years of age, adult age, and you j/o or have sexual intercourse with a 12 year old boy, and his legal guardians catch you.
His legal guardians may not like that and may sue you for rape/pedophile acts (Don't know the charge there) or other things. You could be in a **it ton of trouble.

The finale decision is your's on weather or not you do it, but if you do, make sure that there is no chance you two can be caught. :) That's just what I would do.
