What are your favorite vegetables?

I hate raw veggies, so any veggies I mention are always cooked.

My favorite would probably be green beans, I used to eat those a lot.

Hm... I would have to say either carrots or cabbage in this case. I like the natural flavor of carrots, and cabbage is something that I've grown up with eating with my godfamily and their Slovakian roots :P

I like to eat vegetables in raw form or in salad form because in raw form the vegetables provide more vitamins, mineral, and nutrition.
My most favorite vegetables are carrot, cucumber, cabbage, turnip, broccoli, radish, and roots beat.

Okay here's the thing, I love carrots, but they have to be raw! I somehow cannot eat carrots that are cooked. Now my favorite cooked veggies are onions! Ohhh how I love grilled onions!
