Hey I was just wondering if being cut or uncut makes your penis bigger / smaller? Or is it all the same size? Also what is the avg. size for between 12-15 year olds?

The only thing that I had heard was that cut guys may get more flare on the head since it's not under wraps. I can't imagine that the presence or absence of foreskin would have much of an impact on general penis size under normal conditions.
The average size of fully mature males is right around 6", so I would think 12-15 would be smaller. Guys are growing during that time, so it would be better to look at each year in that range, or perhaps each 6 month period. That info must be somewhere.

I don't think being cut or uncut has anything to do with size. Anyways, we all progress at different rates anyway, and being cut has its benefits, but so does being uncut. I'd say the average size is about 5". But anything above 3" (when erect) is probably normal. So unless you are unusually small (like under 3") you're probably fine, and even if you are under 3", you're probably just a late bloomer.

What I heard, and understand to be true, is that circumsised guys "heads" tend to be larger. Doesnt make any diff. though. And overall size differs for everyone. The average is between 3 and 6.

ok, being uncut or cut makes no difference to overall size. when measuring you measure only to the tip of the head of the penis, not the skin covering it. the size of a penis for a 12-15 year old can be anything from about 1.5" to 7". because puberty is starting for some people in this age group, the size margin can be huge. so being anywhere in that range can be considered as normal.

Circumcised or uncircumcised doesn't make any part (including the head) of your penis bigger or smaller in a real way. The only difference is that you're out the volume of the foreskin.
Here's an easy formula:
Circumcised penis size = Uncircumcised penis size - (area in volume taken up by foreskin)
Which is, obviously, not very much.
The sole exception is a constrictive circumcision. One study found that the average circumcised penis is 1/4" shorter or so (I think that's probably more than is true). This is mostly because of circumcisions that are so tight that they make an erection constricted. This is pretty rare.
Short answer, circumcision decreases penis size trivially, except in rare occurrences.
