Is it gay for a 13 year old male to wear a ring on his right middle finger?

No.
Someon who is "gay" is physically and emotionally attracted to the same gender.
Wearing a ring on your finger has nothing to do with being gay, I really don't know why you think that, either you're seriously misinformed or believe every stereotype you hear, but no, wearing a ring has absolutely nothing to do with your sexuality.

Well, no. Jewlery doesn't change your sexuality. However, some believe it is stereotypical of gay men to wear jewlery, so in that some people may think your are gay or it shows gay tendencies by wearing a ring. It just depends on how your social culture, i.e. the guys you go to school with, percieve it. That will determine what they say about it and think about it. But in actuallity, no its not gay. You're the only person who can determine your sexuality. No material goods can deicide that, but sometimes they are seen as things that reflect your sexuality.
Damn, Bo beat me too it.

some people might think its gay or a sign of being gay
others might just say something cos they are ignorant

Of course not. The only thing that makes you gay is being sexually attracted to men and not women.
