How do you add rep??

If you're referring to how to gain rep, you must be plus-repped by other people, and in fact an entire thread was made just the other day asking that questions here:

If you're referring to how to give rep to other people, under a person's profile info on the left side of their post, you'll see a little balance scale looking button. Click on it, and you will be able to either plus or minus rep them based on which you choose, and then give a reason to type in that will show up to them when they see the rep you gave them.
