I think its v. hot when I see a young fit guy/girl wearing tightish fitting jeans (not really skin tight skinny jeans) up high.
It shows off their slim waist, butt and bulge/camel nicely. It looks horrible on old or massively overweight people. :(

Most of the time I wear straight leg tightish (not skin tight skinny's) jeans and wear them high. I never sag, it looks stupid and chavvy.
Most of my jeans are medium to high rise (only have a couple of low rise). The high rise ones I wear about 1.5cm below my navel (belly button) and find it more comfortable that way. With some of my jeans, the back seam will naturally ride up in my crack when I get up from sitting and I find the feeling so sexy.

For underwear I wear trunks, boxers or boxer-briefs and always pull them up high. I like the feeling of it naturally riding up in my crack.
How about you? BTW, i'm 27 old bi guy.

Mid rise jeans. If I wore them lower, I wouldn't be able to tuck my shirts in.

Slacks and suit pants are a bit higher.

Almost all of my jeans and pants low rise because I have I really short torso. If I wear anything else, it just looks ridiculous on me
