There should be a forum for people to debate and discuss science

i know it kinda souds like a good idea, but on govteen they have this and it is rarely active.

The debate part would go in Ramblings of the Wise. As for discussion, I guess it could go to TWPR...but if it's to be an entirely new section, how active would it be?

EDIT: I don't think it's such a bad idea though.

Ramblings of the wise is almost completely social, finacial and political issues. Nobody has thought to post anything science related. If there is such a forum people probably will. A couple stickies could explain things and get people interested.

There are generally a few scientific debates in that section also. Just off of the top of my head I know that there is one about parallel universes and whether they exist or not.

I don't think we need to add a new forum for this. I don't think it's a terrible idea but we already have a debate section.
