My mom is always stressed from her work and when she comes home everyday she is usually always mad and yells alot. Some days she's alright but other days she goes on a roll and will yell and scream at me for every little thing she can find. I'm getting to the end of my rope I can't take her anymore I think it's beginning to rub off at me I see myself getting stressed more often. Anyone been throw similar things and what are good ways to cope with it Thanks.

I understand what you mean, because that sounds like my dad, but think about it this way, at least you have a mom. Mine passed away when I was a little girl, and I'd give anything just to have one.

Its good you see that it is her work - maybe there is something you can do
but I now this is hard - maybe just be there with a hug or do some chores
or maybe even try and avoid the yelling.

My mom use to be like that everyday after she got home from work, back when I was your age. She'd be stressed and get mad at every little thing. I learned to just avoid her for a few hours after she got home or until my dad got home. He could always calm her down and get her level headed. But when he was out of town I just kind of avoided her and learned to do things on my own.
I hate to say it but I still kind of avoid her because of how she was. I wish I would've helped around the house more and get her to rest and not be over welmed.
