I've been together with this girl for 1 11\2 years now and i love her sooooooooo much but.... I'm going to have to start from the beginning.

I'm a junior in high school my freshman year i met this girl (my girlfriend and lets call her Jess) and w talked and i fell for her almost immediately, but then she went out with another guy and i was heart broken. I waited and waited for her by she was still with him so finally i gave up. Then i started to like her best friend (lets call her Katie) well me and Katie were good friends but i was too scared to get hurt again i didn't even bother. We got closer and closer until boom, i couldn't take it any longer. I started asking around to see if Katie liked me well one of her best friends told me she did. A time went on me and Katie talked and liked her more and more me and became really good friends. I had finally gotten over Jess when one day she texts me saying she likes me. I didn't know what to do . When i came to a decision i picked Jess and i didn't have a single regret except me and Katie list touch and or friendship slowly deteriorated until it cane to the point we barely ever talked. But a lil after a year with Jess, me and Jess started to hang out with Katie and Katie's new boyfriend and it started to make me rover what things might have been like with Katie.

I can't stop thinking about it, i love Jess so much but i constantly wonder. I guess its just me wanting a lil bit of closure with Katie i have so many unresolved feelings for Katie.

Just need some help and advice.

dude.... Id have gone for katie... Maybe her friend (jess) broke up with her bf and she was jealous of u and katie.... Ur heart yanks for the one who is lot closer to you.... Nd u say u were friends loads... U shud have changed ur decision back then....

How are you entitled to closure from a girl you lead on, as a "oh well your best friend's taken so I'll settle for you" type rebound, got super duper close with, were going to ask out, but then drop like a sack of shit because the girl you originally wanted jumped first? If anyone needs any closure, it's poor Katie.

Here's your closure, you broke her heart. You went in for the kill but turned at the last possible second.

You can have those thoughts. Everyone has those thoughts about what if, wheter they dumped the person or never went for it. But you better get over it. You've got the girl you wanted from day one and things are going great. Katie picked herself up after your useless flirting and has moved on. I feel bad for her honestly. Kill those "feelings" you have that apparently died the day Jess said I like you and you zoomed on off to her. If they weren't strong enough to pull you to Katie and not Jess, they don't have much weight. Leave the girl alone, she already was put through your turbulance once, don't hurt her again or Jess.
