Don't worry about it. Your 14 which means that are just beginning or in the middle of puberty. Not towards the end. The average penis size is 5". Your just an inch shy. Don't worry about what guys say about having a big dick. If you look on VT, you will find that most girls don't (and shouldn't) care about penis size. Most say that once you know how to use the size, they are happy.

The adult average is 5-6 inches, and you have plenty of time left to grow into that average, also, I would guess most 14 year old guys are in the 4 inch range, so you're fine.

Also, just because your classmates are losing their virginity doesn't mean you have to, don't be pressured into losing your virginity, do it when you're ready.

I know a guy kinda like that, not a real close friend, but talk to him a fair amount cuz we've been on the same teams for a long time. He's on my team and is about 6' tall and his junk looks like ours did before puberty started, so it's really small, like an inch, maybe less and really skinny with balls that look like large grapes. Kinda feel bad for him, but what can ya do? Guys notice it, but don't say anything to him about it though.

Not too long ago he stopped by my house, which isn't normal for him. A lot of people stop by my house because I have to be home really early compared to most kids. Anyway, he asked how much we use the hot tub and I said a fair amount when people come over and I don't really use it by myself, cuz that's kinda boring. I said "we could hop in if ya wanna, I have extra suits in my room." So we go up and as he's pulling suit a few inches past his knees he stops and goes on a rant:

You seem like a solid guy, pretty good athlete, work hard etc. IDK, I can't speak for the whole team, but I'm just not gonna pick on someone one over something like that. Just not gonna.

School, puberty sucks as it is so I'm not gonna pile on and make somebody miserable over something that can't control and in reality, something that really, really doesn't concern me. IDK man, whatya want me to say? You get at least a sports physical every year and probably a regular one, does the doctor say anything? I'm guessin' he hasn't or you would have said what he said, so ask him abt it.

Oh, he's 16 and said it's a little over 3" hard.

The season ends I don't see him the rest of the school year or during the whole summer, but the week before school starts, me a three other guys are playing basketball so at the end of a game he asks me if I have a sec to talk privately and then he very quietly says that "it" started get just a little bit bigger and thanks for talking with him about it. I told him no big deal and I don't really think I was much help. He said just having someone to talk abt with made all the difference. He gave me a quick bro hug and went on his way.

So, to the original poster, if you can find someone to mention it to, it might help ya. I didn't really do anything imo, but he claims it helped him. I typed the whole convo, so it didn't take much to help him wait it out.

Well with hormones flaring the classmates are probably lying...although I wasn't that small back then I know of quite a few who were and even for me, my penis growth was about the last really apparent stage of puberty
