Everyone develops at different ages, so its quiet normal for a younger sibling to start puberty before the older one, and therefore have more pubes.

yours will grow more - maybe his puberty is a little faster or differant from yours.

It is perfectly normal, I remember being eleven and having an adult size penis and a shed load of pubes whereas the other kids and school had nothing at all. Now some of them are much hairier than me and have even outgrown my penis.

Well, like what's been said, everyone develops at different rates and at different ages.
I got pubic hair when I was 7, and my cousin who is 5 months older than me didn't get them until he was 10 or 11.
So yeah, things like this happen, your brother probably just started puberty before you did.

Your both fine, you're just developing at different stages. By what you've said it's likely that your brother is a bit further in puberty than you are, but I wouldnt sweat it. If you're full brothers (same mum and dad) then you should both have similar genes and should end up around the same, just he's started earlier.
