Hey guys , er I really really wanna develop an eating disorder. I seriously think I'm overweight , I'm 15 this year , 169.5cm tall and I weigh about 63KG !
I do lots of sports like running , basketball , badminton , dancing , softball , taekwondo and swimming to the extent that all my friends think I'm a sports addict. Even with all these sports activities, I never lost weight , instead my weight increases.
I feel left out whenever I hang out with my friends, they are all petite and skinny where else I'm towering over them and fat.
Boys had been telling me I'm attractive but I I feel that they are just trying to cheer me up. My aunt have been always saying I'm fat and big-sized like an air carrier and it really hurts me whenever she says this. She has been flaunting her size 0 body where I am at a large size 4 or a small size 6. I really wanna develop an eating disorder to be thin and pretty and popular instead of being fat and ugly so I can fit in the crowd, hang out with cool friends and be popular.
I've tried lots of fad diets , crash diets and even starving myself by not eating for three days but I still hate the reflection of my body in the mirror.
Btw, I am constantly reminded of my blimp-sized thighs and fat legs during family gatherings or visits by my relatives.
Please help me .. Sry for any grammar mistakes cause i'm using my phone to post this.

Your BMI is 21.9, which is perfect, honestly. A normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9, and you fall right in it, which is great. Chances are because of all the sports you play, you have a more muscular complexion, which again isn't a bad thing.
Lemme tell you - you DON'T want an ED. I'd do anything to not have my ED, and I think I can safely say most people who have one wish the same. They are terrible, and misserable, and the side effects suck. Yeah I'm a hippcrite, I know but you don't want one. Look into a nutritionist or talk to your GP or something if you're interested in losing weight. I think your weight is perfect the way it is, and you are beautiful, no matter what you or anyone else thinks. <3

Just exercise daily and make it a habit to start jogging or whenever you are going to shower, be sure to do some push-ups, then increase the numbers as you go along.
You can also see a Doctor. It might help.

I kinda teared up reading that. I am very muscular, and I feel its disgusting for a girl to be so muscular. Why can't I have slim feminine legs like my elder brother ? :( Anyways , thanks for the reply ^^

I have cut down on lots of protein rich food & oily food. I love eating salad & fruits though. I exercise daily by waking up at 6.00 a.m. and jogging around the housing area and later on some yoga in my room. I just get muscles :(
Anyways , thankyou for replying :D

Wait, you WANT to develop an eating disorder? That's sick. I understand hating the way you look and being willing to do anything to change it. But wanted to develop an eating disorder? I don't think you understand. If you could hurt yourself without effecting those around you, that's one thing. But listen to this.
My best friend is beautiful. Short, super thin, really athletic, and she has perfect skin and a killer smile. Boys fall all over her. Well, this past year, Mel started getting stressed. Girls at school were picking at her, and it made her so upset that she couldn't eat. Then, she just didn't want to. She developed an eating disorder. Well, we didn't know. Then one night at cheer practice, my Mellie passed out cold and had to be rushed to the emergency room. She had to be monitored all the time, given shots and IV's from time to time, and given counseling. That's what it did to her. But think about what it did to me. That's not just someone I really like to hand out with and gossip to. That is the other half of my heart. My best half. My Best Friend. It killed me. I couldn't sleep, I worried about her everyday. I texted her during school and begged her to eat something for lunch every day. I prayed and prayed and begged God to heal my Mel. And, she very very slowly started improving. It hurt me more than anything. Imagine your best friend, your sibling, your parent, your boy/girlfriend. Look at any one you have ever loved, and imagine them hurting them self. That's what you are going to do to them.

I'm sorry to hear what happened to your best friend. She was tormented at school while I'm tormented at my own house or at family gatherings. My own loved ones are hurting me verbally & mentally , and the only way to shut their mouths is to be thin , FAST . I've tried telling them that their remarks really hurt me , but they don't even care and said that they were just teasing me etc. Anyways , thanks for replying me :)

You really don't. Eating disorders stay with people for life.
You may 'want one' but when you don't want it, it wants you.
If it's weight loss your after, things don't have to be so difficult, it can be fun! I've posted these before, but here you go have a read...
To lose weight the correct, healthy way is to reduce your calorie intake and increase your activity level, obviously, don't do it stupidly, and eat as little as you can and do as much excersize as you can because this will not only effect your overall health but it often leads to more weight gain than you started off with.
You need to make the changes to your lifestyle gradually, so that you get used to them, and also small changes can make a big difference! Don't make yourself a strict diet plan because your more likely to stop following the rules. Instead, do things like swap semi skimmed milk, for skimmed milk. And chose low fat options of things. The trick is to stick to your meals and cut out the snacking inbetween. Be sure to have breakfast, this is vital. If you really can't help but snack, instead of a biscuit, have an apple or something. Then your lunch, then dinner. If the problem for you is that you never seem to feel full after a meal, eat abit slower, and take sips of water inbetween. People should take about 20 mins to eat a meal as it takes 20 minutes for the brain to acknowladge that your body is full. If you eat slowly, you will soon learn how much food your body actually needs.
Also, people often confuse boredom with hunger. When your bored, go out for a walk or do some physical activity, see how you feel afterwards, you'll often find that you weren't hungry at all. And hey, it's excersize!
Moving on to doing some physical activity.
It doesn't matter if you hate the gym, or can't stand going running. Even light excersize like a quick half an hour walk outside somewhere will make a difference in the long run!
You can very easily increase the amount of physical activity you do , such as walking to the shop instead of driving. It's simple things like that.
You can do any activity you want to, walking, swimming, running, team sports, join a local sports club, anything.
You need to find something that you enjoy, and is fairly close in terms of your location as this will mean because it's easy to get there, and you enjoy it then you will make more of an effort to go do it, and it may become a routine which is great
Here's something I found on a website on how to reduce your calorie intake without making huge drastic changes:
Replace fizzy drinks and fruit cordials with water.
Swap whole milk for semi-skimmed, or semi-skimmed for skimmed.
Eat less lunch than usual. For example, make your own sandwich and limit the use of margarine or butter and full-fat mayonnaise (store-bought sandwiches often contain both).
Stop taking sugar in tea and coffee.
Have smaller portions of the food you enjoy.
Avoid having a second helping at dinner.
Cut out unhealthy treats – such as confectionary, sugary biscuits and crisps between meals.
Cut down on alcohol intake.
Also, what I believe helps, is weighing yourself often. Not every day but every week maybe, seeing the numbers go down will boost your confidence and motivation towards your weight loss. People say don't weigh yourself so often but it's helped me in the past so see if it helps you, and if it doesn't just avoid it!
Good luck, PM me anytime
