Actually you can never guarantee someone will "shoot". Honestly, it will depend on the type of person and their sexual state at the time. I mean its likely that if you waited sometime then you'll be able to shoot, but sometimes you can't its just something that will either happen or not.

I am a natural shooter, always have (and hopefully always will!) People are just different, you can't really change whether you shoot or dribble to an extent, it might be different as you get older. It doesn't really make a difference anyway.

Some people shoot, and some don't. You may be able to as you mature, or you might not. There isn't anything wrong with you, it's just the way your body is.

If you already haven't, you should try not to stop jacking off until the cum shoots out. Some people stop jacking off, when they feel they're about to burst. But if you really want to shoot, you shouldn't.
