So I was in school and we reading about how men act more femini then ever be4. Some examples were wearing brighter colors, having spa days, and liking more fruity kind of scents. I think it's kinda true but I want other thoughts on this subject

That's something that some guys have always done, it's just more accepted nowadays so it's more public. You have a larger acceptance of homosexuality as a whole, so that brings about a wider acceptance of feminine men--whether they're gay, straight, etc. In times past, I think that there were still feminine men, but they were forced by society more or less to behave in a certain way that was masculine and thought to be the only way men should be allowed to behave. Things today are much more tolerant and less of a "society-forcing-you-to-act-this-way" kind of thing.

But I am not of the feminine variety. I am too manly to be feminine.

I think its just that society has changed and the way everyone lives is different, because nobody cares what other do and how people dress

I think every generation has had that but today no one really cares....more acceptance to being an individual...

I don't really think so. Times are changing though, so maybe feminism is becoming more popular.

Hell, no we are not becoming more feminine. Those people stuck in the old days think that we are. Are you one of those who doesnt accept change? My grandpa forced me to eat pigs feet and I refused. He said "Come on, dont you have hair on your chest." I looked at my 26 year old cousin and we both laughed,"No we shave it." Just an example of how old people think that things men do these days is feminine, and actually it is just the times and society changing!

I don't think men are changing. It's society. In the past, people weren't as expressive of themselves or accepting of individuality as the world is today. We have freedoms that people of the past didn't and because it's so wired into their brain, they have different ways of thinking than modern people.
