ok im having a problem here.. when i am with my ex i dont really feel strongly towards him... but when i am aaway from him i obsess over him and HAVE to see him and if i dont i freak out.. im not even supposed to be near the guy...

yeah bur you need to forget about him kenzie. I know its hard for everyone to forget about there first. wether be sex wise or longest relationship and your first relationship. but its better to forget. I know I shouldn't be the one talking I still haven't forgot about him(by him you know who I mean don't say names) but you need to get over him girl. he is not your issue anymore. GET OVER HIM!!111!!!!!1111one!!!1111!!

Is it bad that I sighed and said finally?
You're not a chronic cheater are you?
Regardless, move on begins now. Grieve, mourn, cry it out. Focus on yourself and love yourself and grow. You notice your problem, so you can begin work on that right away.
Do you see yourself being happy, emotionally and mentally stable chaining yourself in your own shackles? The only person in this equation is you. You have an Ex, and you have yourself.
You control what you think, you control what it is you do. Your ex has no power over you, unless they have some sort of super mind power to take over another person.
Give yourself a whole lot of grieving and breathing room, you're going to need it.
