1. A: It may be a curious stage. A lot of guys go through that and don't know why. But you may be going into a curious stage.

2. A: this one is always hard.. I don't know. Maybe because (From a religious view) you know that it's unchristian like to do that but you have to and it maybe feels like you're decieving people/God? (I'm a chrisitan btw, and I struggle with this a lot too.)

To answer your q's, 1) You're showing off to other guys, you might be wanting either their approval, or you want to show them you're as big/developed as they are, that you're a 'Big Boy'.
