Holy hell, thats the most offensive title I've ever read, even I have no idea who its directed toward.
I think the only way to turn it off might be to delete it, because it functions like VMs and PMs, and as far as I know you cannot turn those notifications off.

Yeah me too.
Although I can see why they would be annoying, I have 14 pages of fucking quotes :P
But yeah, i've found them to be very helpful, they can be a pain in the ass though if you're quoted frequently.
I don't think there is a way to disable quote notifications, you'll have to talk to one of the admins about that.

You can disable both VMs and PMs here (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions) under the section "Messaging & Notification". I think an off switch for the quote notifications would be peachy keen in my anal nutcracker of jesus.
