I'm 17, and have a 6.6" long penis, with 4.9" of girth. Am I small, average or big? I get mixed info and am a little confused.

Unfortunately surveys are unreliable because males are prone to exaggerating their size even when it is an anonymous contribution. Therefore the majority of penises are between 5-6" in length and 4.5-5.5" in girth. According to those statistics you are above average.
