I don't cuddle with other guys, but I'm aware it's normal and just hormones.

In a certain way, yes. Sleeping and wake up draped over or spooned with someone or vice versa has happened and it's fine, but I wouldn't make a big effort to be all cuddly with a dude, like, cuddling with girl on the couch while watching a movie.
I guess I wouldn't be like that with a guy or go to bed, be wide awake and all cuddly, but if I wake up in the middle of the night or in the morning that way, that's fine. In fact, it's better than fine. I kinda like it and I feel warm and safe that way. Even in the middle of the night, I might go to roll over and I'm all groggy and realize I'm kinda stuck with an arm or leg pinned under him or her, so I get a little less groggy unstick myself, but then I realize there's an arm over my waist or a leg over one of my legs too and someone's breathing on me and I'll think hey, I'm kinda stuck, but it's warm and he or she is in a deep sleep, so I guess I'll settle where I am.
It's kind of a neat trust when someone is in such a deep sleep, right next to you, with long slow breathing. It's quiet and peaceful to be around

My best friend is straight and we've cuddled loads, even after I came out. Didn't seem to be a problem for him and it was never a sexual thing for me. Its pretty normal for guys to sit on other guys in our common rooms at school because there aren't enough comfy chairs and friends will often cuddle up.

Personally cuddling is my favourite thing to do, but only with opposite sex

The action of cuddling with ANY gender is to satisfy the basic human desire to be warm, to bond, and to care. to feel the closness of another human being is important, beautiful, and definatly is NOT gay or weird.

I've slept over at friends houses and that has happened too. I don't find it creepy or anything and i think its pretty normal. It isn't a sexual kind of thing in my opinion. And most likely if you don't make a big deal about it, neither will they.

My best friend and i was watching a movie on his bed, and we fell asleep. when i woke up my head was on his shoulder and his chin on the top of my head and his hand over my waist and he was so sound asleep and it just felt comfortable so i fell back asleep. we even laughed about it when we both woke up with morning wood, but just shrugged it off.

I think it may just be human nature to want to seek companionship with the available thing in your bed. This could maybe a thing that builds trust, but it probably shouldn't last that long once you guys have woken up completely if it was only friendly, and not inspired by any sexual motives

I think that would feel weird for me.
If you like it though, that's fine.
To each their own.

Yeah, while people associate it with sex or romance, it isn't. It is warmth between 2 human beings and comfort...enjoy it..

I think like leafgreenangel said, as humans we just enjoy and sometimes crave that contact with others.
I've stayed in a hotel room with five guys and we all slept in the same king size bed. It was actually quite nice, haha.
