Samsung Galaxy proclaim won't Download/Send MMS: HELP!

I just got the Samsung Galaxy proclaim for Straight Talk, and Its Awesome, but for some reason I cant send or download MMS. I dont know what to do and its really annoying me!!! Someone please HELP ME!!! Everytime I send a MMS, it just says "Sending," but it never sends. When I receive a MMS, its only says "Downloading," but it never downloads and opens. Someone please help me out here!

Have you tried turning cellular data/3G on?

My iPhone won't send or recieve MMS unless Cellular Data and 3G are turned on.
Also, have MMS services been activated by your service provider?

No, it wasnt on, and even after having straight talk perform different resets on my phone, it still wouldnt work. So, I was told that my phone was defective and would have to be replaced, and that I did. So now I got a replacement phone that is actually working! Thanks for the feedback by the way!
