To day is Sunday and on Friday I was playing tag foot ball with some friends in gym at school. Then I was running pretty fast I jumped to tag the person with the ball and I tagged them and then I did kinda a barrel roll, Now I do this a lot and never think twice about doing it. But this time I fell to quickly and landed on my left wrist. And to day it was pretty swollen and I can't put any kind of force or weight on it at all. Now I was thinking wrap it in an ACE bandage and it'll be fine. But it's not fine should I wait a few days when school is out for the holidays or go to the urgent care now( My dr doesn't have an x ray) Please help!!!

Unless you're left handed, I would just go ahead and wait until you get out of school for Thanksgiving to go in to see the doctor. By then the swelling should have gone down a bit more as well and you would be able to better tell what care it needs or doesn't need. I would definitely still go see a doctor about it, and if it gets any worse in the coming days I would recommend going sooner.

Sounds really painful, now if youve waited a few days... No swelling has gone down, I mean dont wait... Seriously see the doc! There is a possibility of a break, get it checked.

Thanks alto y'all I went to the doc to day didn't Evan really look at it much and he sent me to get an exray, 2 possable hair line fractures and a minor torn musle ( not really minor but not enough to have to have surgery on)

Yea just keep it easy for a week or two, and don't go try hard in gym football

If you don't seem to recover within the matter of hours, I'd definitely suggest you go into an A&E or see a physiotherapist as soon as possible. Sometimes a restriction in blood flow can mean permanent damage or a much longer time to recover than if you were to see to it sooner - experience from someone highly accident prone :P
