Hormones make you horny and lose your inhibitions - so yes, for most guys (since most guys are straight) this can lead to experimentation which is about 'getting off' or just satisfying intellectual curiosity, and there is no strong sexual attraction to other boys.

In this case however the OP says they get turned on by guys and fantasizes about them. From the way this is phrased I infer this is a regular thing.

Feelings of guilt and regret about same-sex feelings are pretty common given how vocal religion and society can be over this issue, so lots of guys end up where you are. What matters is finding out what you enjoy, and only doing what you feel comfortable with.
