Scared ofParents finding me nude

I like to try to sleep nude and when before I go to sleep I lie in bed naked. However I am scared my parents will walk in and see me nude. What shall I say to them?
I can't close my door because I don't do that often and they will think in susptious!
The same applies for the morning what shall I say if they come in to wake me p and pull the cover off me and see me naked, breasts vagina and all?!

i sleep naked but i have been told off by mum for not wearing underpants (or jox as we call them down here). I think she hates changing the sheets :)

Honestly, the only thing I can think of is to simply talk to your parents about it. Tell them you like to sleep naked and that it is the most comfortable way for you to sleep. You telling them is sort of like a heads up that you will be naked and you don't want them seeing you like that. Maybe then you can start closing your door.

If you won't close your door or lock it, then that really is the only solution. Trust me, your parents will probably be more understanding about it than you think they will. You just have to stress to them that you like sleeping naked and that is the most comfortable solution for you.

JustinGLives has a point! But if you want the door closed, just start keeping it closed. If they do come in, it isn't like you're doing anything suspicious. And if they do come in and want to know why you were sleeping naked, tell them you got too hot over night or something.

I sleep naked often, and dont mind if my folks see me. My dad just act normal, only my mom make some complains about it...

I've never slept naked but I've been seen naked in front of my parents a couple of times. Usually, they just turn their heads away and act like nothing happened. It's not really that bad though. Think about it. Your parents have seen you completely naked when you were young(unless if you're adopted, then it depends on the age you were adopted) but your sense of privacy for yourself will evidently strengthen but it's ok if it's accidental. I guess you can just tel them you like sleeping in the nude and request for them to look away when they come in. Hopefully, they'll understand.

Just sleep however you want to, they can't judge you. And anyway, your room shoud be a private place, so they shouldn't be barging in like you think they would

It might help if you said to your parents that you are more comfortable sleeping nude - or do it in a way that demonstrates your intentions - like wait until say your MUm is in your room and pack all your pjs and in a drawer and say you will try sleeping nude -

And the same goes for closing your door - just do it.

I leave my door open mostly like If I am doing homework or just chillin - and close it if I want privacy - Mum and Dad just shout for me - or knock.

I sleep with just a t-shirt on, so I feel yah. I'm always worried that my dad would walk in, so I just warned him one day that I do not sleep fully clothed and to be cautious when coming in my room between 10 pm and 7am.

honestly, they get used to it, you ask them nicely to knock before entering your room and after they walk in on you a few times they remember better lol. Honestly i have just ajusted to it.

It depends on the weather outside, but I'll sleep naked if it's warm. My family is fairly lax about nudity so it's not a big deal if anyone sees me naked.
